I’m trying to get in shape?

Question by elitezach777: I’m trying to get in shape?
I’m 19. 5’10. About 133 pounds. (The only reason I weigh 133 is because I have an extremely high metabolism). I’m trying to work on my gut and possibly show my abs.

I’ve looked at dozens of sites for “tips” on how to get in shape but do not know how accurate they are and wanted advice from someone who has actually gotten in shape and not just going to come here and give me a random link.

I’ve tried jogging but after 5 minutes my heart feels like It’ll explode. I don’t have access to a gym. My diet isn’t really healthy (heck, I’ve had ice cream in the morning for breakfast) which I don’t usually have breakfast at all.

Point being my “plan” is to have breakfast everyday walk/jog for one or even two miles a day and do some push ups but will this alone get me in shape and possibly show my abs? Are their certain foods recommended? What should I have for breakfast some cereal/eggs? What tips do you have that personally worked for you?

How long would it take in your opinion to “show” your abs if I do this everyday?

It take the body about 6 weeks to adapt to a diet plan or work out regime..
So according to research and studies i have read. I would think you would see some sort of results in 6 weeks.

GOOD LUCK!

CoQ-10 -- the perfect "10" CoEnzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) is a fat-soluble compound that provides energy to every cell in your body. It's particularly necessary for the high energy needs of your heart. Unfortunately, as you age, your ability to naturally produce CoQ-10 declines. What's more, today's cholesterol-lowering "statin" drugs further deplete your supply of CoQ-10. Are you starving your heart of this important nutrient?
