I am 29yrs, 5′ 9”, 155lbs lean strong 36 C with good skin, hair, teeth, core values, open mind, and a extremely healthy (almost insatiable) appetite for getting it on. Also, I actually think my man is truly the sexiest person and after 6+yrs I still get butterflies in my tummy when I think of him. It’s become a problem for me though over the past 2-3 yrs since he first lied to me about some porn I found laying around. I really haven’t ever given him any reason to think I’m opposed to porn in fact, he knows I would be open to pretty much anything that gets him hot, and every now and again I find him looking me in the eyes and straight up telling me the dumbest most obvious little white lies and it feels so belittling and has started to creep into my head and I am just sooo confused. Any time I try to get the subject on the table for discussion he becomes defensive way before the topic goes beyond general human sexuality and specific to us. He presents his perspective on how he thinks folks should communicate and just be honest but he’ll bring something up saying how he just doesn’t get what the appeal or draw is toward something specific and how people are weird and certain stuff just doesn’t do it for him and his intrest, but then later something comes up that puts him right into the catagory he so “didn’t get” before. I feel awful because now mentally I’m dissecting and over analyzing anything he says that relates to sex and I feel like he is hiding some big thing from me cause he lies to me about porn he’s been checking out. I really don’t hate porn I actually just feel like a chump cause I’m missing out on the fun he’s having and it kills my little heart that he’d rather be alone with his video or whatever and leave me out of that part of his life. I would love to get more freaky. Understand I am a loyal person and love this man way more than to give some ultimatum or try to pry and be controlling and force him into something he just doesn’t see happening with me. But if any men out there who are mature and respect the earnest effort this lil’ lady is making to try to overcome jealousy and resentment by seeking to gain understanding rather than let something small (i hope), fester and grow and taint that which is so pure and cool and fun in a relationship, please kick down with a little knowledge from y’alls collective viewpoint. And if there’s something I’m oblivious to or seemingly off base about, Pleeease just say it how you see it. All comments offering aware, honest insights toward the male perspective on this matter will be so much appreciated. How would you advise me to deal with these unsettled thoughts and feelings? How can I bring it up without accusing or smothering/interrogating him? Also, I know you guys take alot of crap and bad wrap for this stuff and personally, as a woman speaking from what I see in myself and other women, us females talk alot alot alot of dirt but not one of us is any less human (yes animal) so don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for your natural born primal drives. We women usually are just jealous of any attention that’s good if it’s not pointed at us. Just our nature. Please help. It just tickles our female egos (yes we have ego issues lol!) by seeing how much you enjoy the pleasures we bring you. I swear we can see it in your eyes and we are on top of the world if we know we’re rockin’ yours.
But nothing knocks ya down like when the goods are hot and on the table but then are passed up for the mystery dish and nobody will give you the recipe or let you taste it or whatever if that even makes any sense. Thanks in advance for your input

FDA Warns of E. coli Risk From Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough
Nestle Recalls All Varieties of Refrigerated Raw Toll House Cookie Dough Products

June 19, 2009 — The FDA and CDC today warned people not to eat any varieties of prepackaged Nestle Toll House refrigerated cookie dough products because of possible E. coli contamination.
If you have any of those products, don’t eat them. The FDA advises consumers to throw the products out — and not to eat any raw products that are supposed to be cooked or baked first.
E. coli bacteria can cause abdominal cramping, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea (which may be bloody). Most healthy people recover within a week, but serious complications can arise and are most common in young children, older people, and people with weak immune systems.
The FDA and CDC are investigating reports of E. coli infection that may be linked to eating raw cookie dough. Since March 2009, there have been 66 reports of illness in 28 states.
Those cases include 25 people who were hospitalized, seven of whom had a severe complication called hemolytic uremic syndrome, which affects the kidneys. No deaths have been reported.
In a news release, Nestle says that “out of an abundance of caution,” it’s recalling all varieties of Nestle Toll House refrigerated Cookie Bar Dough, Cookie Dough Tub, Cookie Dough Tube, Limited Edition Cookie Dough items, Seasonal Cookie Dough, and Ultimates Cookie Bar Dough.
Nestle is offering a full refund to consumers who return the products to grocery stores. For more information, call Nestle Consumer Services at 800-559-5025 or visit Nestle’s web site at www.verybestbaking.com.
Nestle Cookie Dough Recall: Full List
The Nestle Toll House cookie dough recall doesn’t include any packaged baked Toll House cookies, Toll House morsels, chocolate baking bars, cocoa, or Dreyer’s and Edy’s ice cream products with Nestle Toll House cookie dough ingredients.

I have to do an oral presentation and the topic is pushing the limit. I´m studying english and I need some help. The presentation has to be informal but I´m not sure if I´m expressing in the way that I want, anyway here is the presentation. Please help me!
Is it adrenaline addictive?
Sports, energy, emotion, fear and all those crazy feelings are part of the sensations that you can feel when you have an adrenaline rush . Adrenaline is a hormone that acts on the body to prepare it for dangerous situations. Fear is an incredibly strong emotion and is also kind of addictive. That is way pushing the limit is the perfect topic for me.
You push the limit when you go beyond something and you have to give more than a 100% . Adventures and extreme sports are the best recipe to push the limit. Here in Costa Rica we have amazing places to practice extreme sport and also to travel. If you like speed and danger you can go to Pacuare and Sarapiqui and do some rafting, you can also do biking tours, hiking tours, Canopy and more.
People usually look for adrenaline and danger because is excited. Everybody can have an adrenaline rush doesn´t matter your age, your gender , or your country if you want to feel a rush of adrenaline you just have to look for an adventure and push your limit.
There are some people that don´t accept extreme sports because of the danger and they also say that those kind of activities are not sports, those activities are ways to put your life in danger. I think that is up to you, if you like for example bungge jumping and feel the adrenaline is not a bad thing .
Not only extreme sport make you feel excited, you can also practice a normal sport such as: swimming, soccer or basketball these kind of activities are the ones that make push the limit. You push the limit sometimes when you feel pressure, when you feel scare or really excited or when you really want something . If you also practice a competitive sport you push the limit and you become (depends on the person of course) a competitive an individualistic person sometimes. A lot of people consider competitive sports like a way to push the limit others just see sports as a way to have fun and be healthy.
There are some extreme sports in U.S that we can´t practice over here such as: ice climbing, snowboarding, ski and this is because of the weather, but here in Costa Rica as I said before there are many extreme sports that we can practice.
Practicing extreme sports is not just having fun there have been some accidents. People have died practicing crazy things, some get injured, they break their bones and we also have to know our condition if we are going to practice something very extreme. That is because a strong rush of adrenaline can even stop our heart. Push the limit is try to be and try do things that normal people avoid, but is not just excitment is also dangerous and in every activity that you do you have to use protection, research before trying to do something new and be very sure of what you are doing. But remember don´t try to push your limit that much, because we are human beings and that is what make us have limits. Adrenaline can be cool and excited, but sometimes we have to be careful with the things that we do.

Why drink beer?
Who ever thought there would be health benefits to drinking beer? Well, there is! Studies have revealed that beer can produce the same benefits as drinking wine. Whether you prefer ales, lagers, stout, bitter or wheat beers, studies show that one drink a day for women or up to two drinks a day for men will reduce your chances of strokes, heart and vascular disease. It’s no secret that the stroke is the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S. and the leading cause of serious, long-term disabilities
.
What’s interesting is that it was proven (New England Journal of Medicine – Nov. 1999) that those who drank one beer a week compared to those who drank one beer a day experienced no variance in reducing stroke risks. It is said that light to moderate drinkers will decrease their chances of suffering a stroke by 20%.
A researcher at the Texas Southwestern Medical Center (May 1999) reported that those who consume moderate amounts of beer (one to two a day at the most) have a 30-40% lower rate of coronary heart disease compared to those who don’t drink. Beer contains a similar amount of ‘polyphenols’ (antioxidants) as red wine and 4-5 times as many polyphenols as white wine.
Alcohol has also been attributed of its ability to increase the amount of good cholesterol (HDL) into the bloodstream as well as help to decrease blood clots.
Beer also contains vitamin B6, which prevents the build-up of amino acid called homocysteine that has been linked to heart disease. Those of us who have high levels of homocysteine are usually more prone to an early onset of heart and vascular disease. A new study performed at the TNO Nutrition and Food Research Institute in Utrecht indicates that those who drink beer had no increase in their homocysteine level but those who drank wine or liquor had an increase of up to 10%. Also noted was the fact that those who drank beer experienced a 30% increase in vitamin B6 in their blood plasma, thereby proving that beer (in moderation) is actually healthier to drink than wine and other liquor.
Did you know?
- Beer is nutritious if consumed in moderation
- That beer is fat-free and cholesterol free?
- Beer has a relaxing effect on the body thereby reducing stress.
- It can help you sleep better
- It helps prevent heart disease and improves the blood circulation
- It has proven to have positive effects on elderly people. It helps to promote blood vessel dilation, sleep, and urination.
An average beer contains the following:
0mg of cholesterol
0g of fat
13g of carbohydrate
25mg of sodium
protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins B, B2, and B6
Cuisine a la biere…
Beer in cooking is deeply rooted in Western Europe. Beer is incomparable as a cooking tool. With its unique flavors and versatilities is it unmatched. Due to the fact that alcohol has a much lower boiling temperature than water, it evaporates quickly while cooking your recipe and thereby only leaves the characteristic taste of the beer.
Some ways to use beer in cooking are as follows:
-Marinades for beef – both tenderizes and adds flavor.
-Used as a substitute for water in different soups and stocks – adds much more flavor to your recipes.
-Used in batters for fried foods.
-Added to gravies to spice up the taste.
-Used as a cooking base/liquid for steaming foods (sausages, shellfish, clams, etc.)
Just remember when cooking with beer, keep your beer’s primary taste in mind. Malty beers add a sweet/nutty taste while hop lagers can add a bitter/herbal flavor. Beer increases in bitterness as it reduces to use a sweeter/malty beer when cooking for long periods of time.
Now after reading all this ‘good stuff’ on beer, this isn’t to say that you should go out and get ‘boozed up’ because it’s good for you! Obviously the key, as was mentioned earlier, is moderation. Drinking in excess of these guidelines has been associated with an increased risk of several serious health ailments, such as cancer, high blood pressure, and liver disease. Be warned that drinking over moderation can lead to liver damage, dangers of drunk driving, and damage to fetuses of pregnant women who are drinking…just to name a few.
The health risks of beer
Ever heard of the ‘beer belly’? In a German study, Gerard Klose said ‘dangers begin to emerge in men measuring more than 94 centimeters around the middle, and become “really risky” at a girth of 102 centimeters’. ‘Too much fat’, he said, ‘makes diabetes
, certain forms of cancer and heart disease a distinct possibility’.’
It’s no secret that high levels of fat accumulated on the body is unhealthy and can cause serious illness over time. An article in the London Times reports that fat that collects around the internal organs to form the typically male beer belly will also find its way into the bloodstream and in turn, raise your cholesterol levels. We’re having family in for a BBQ on Saturday, and one of my husband’s family members recently had heart problems and has changed his diet. He’s basically on a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium diet (he says he can only eat celery and cardboard!).
Anyway, I know how much it stinks to go somewhere and have to eat different food than everyone else (I’ve done plenty of diets in my lifetime) and so I’m trying to keep the menu very healthy for EVERYONE. So far, we’re grilling lean burgers and either chicken breasts or turkey burgers, will have fruit salad, fresh veggies and maybe some potato salad or pasta salad (w/ lots of other veggies in it).
I’d like to offer a little something sweet for the end, but don’t want it to be loaded w/ a ton of stuff he shouldn’t have — or anybody else, for that matter.
What recipe(s) do you have that might fit these parameters? Thanks!

My husband found fresh calf hearts in the grocery store today. I thought it was totally gross, but he is really into getting lean protein. Does anyone know if this is a healthy thing to eat? Also, what are ways to cook them and use them in recipes?

Hey everyone. I am in need of some dietician type help without any funds or insurance so an actual doctor is out. I am very over weight. I’m 25 years old, I weigh 280 I’m 5’7″ and carry my weight from head to toe which is a blessing really as it helps me look proportional . . . its just a big proportion. My weight doesn’t bother me much at all as far as looks go and I can still do whatever I want activity wise. I’m not the typical “fat slob” people usually have in mind. I dress well and look nice, and go about my business. I’m very comfortable in my skin, but I’m afraid my health is falling fast. My heart is okay besides a rapid heart beat which I’ve had since my thinner years (little electrical problem so I’m told) but the structure is good and my cholesterol and EKG readings when on my beta blocker are phenomenal. I do have severe anxiety and depression which I’ve had my whole life but I think my weight exacerbates the issue, but my biggest problem is: my gut is not happy. My stomach is pretty much constantly uncomfortable. I have heart burn a lot and excessive gas bubbles just hanging out and paining me terribly. I had my first gallbladder attack about two months ago after a rather ridiculous amount of greasy food and I thought I might just die, but as it is with a lot of overeaters that only stopped me temporarily.
So I’m looking for some help. I’m looking to start off “fresh” or “clean” and by that I don’t mean I want to drink or eat anything that keeps me in the bathroom for an entire weekend. That kind of cleansing is a bit too sudden for my liking I think. I’m just looking for a beginning diet that’s packed full of any and everything I’m going to want to really get some vitamins, minerals, calcium in me. I also am in need of foods that will bulk up and move out all the awful crap I’ve put into my body lately. I’m kind of looking for any foods or any meal regimen any of you might have that can give me a little boost. Any foods you eat that really invigorate you or have really great qualities I should know about. I’m a crap cook but simple recipes are cool too. I’d like to just flood my body with any and everything that’s good for a couple of weeks to get me out of this awful “blah” feeling, and then incorporate your suggestions into a food plan that may be a little less extreme but still very healthy, whilst being attainable for me.
Any “beware of†foods you know of, besides fatty foods, fast foods, sugar I know that much, that are no good or just no good for people with sensitive stomachs let me know those too. I hope I can get a good chunk of answers. I really need some help.
I’m not even looking to lose weight. I want to feel better. I don’t want a diet and esp not a bs one that is unfeesable and unhealthy.
The Liver and our Kidneys are our biggest detoxifiers and if we treat them badly they become unhealthy so eating foods that would detoxify the Liver and Kidneys would be fantastic for the body. Since no one wanted to give me any hints I just dug around and found a bunch of foods that are great for Liver and kidney function and I’ve been eating a lot of the fruits and vegitables given as examples. My stomach feels better for the lack of fats and sugars and my body feels better for all the great stuff I’ve put in it. I didn’t get any help here but if anyone else stumbles upon my question just search around for foods that are especially good for your liver and kidneys since those are your main cleansers for your body.
