im dibetic, have heart trouble, hi blood pressure, hi colostral
I have Premature Ventricular Contractions, (skipped heart beats). I’ve been told that everyone has them, and there’s nothing to worry about. But, sometimes I get an attack that will not stop unless I take a rest and do some deep breathing. This can go on for 15 minutes or longer; and have as many as 50 or more skipped beats in a row with out feeling dizzie or short of breath.
At present, I’ve stopped drinking anything with caffiene, and this seems to help. For example, last night in bed I had several attacks; each subsequent attack had less skipped beats: 25, 18, 18, 10, 12. Could this mean that things are getting better?
How does exercise affect PVCs? If I’m doing cardio vascular exercise, and I feel an attack, should I stop exercising, or keep exercising until the PVCs stop by themselves?
Are there any foods I can eat to help me have a more healthy heart?
I’m 49 on blood pressure meds (HCTZ), and antideppressants; and I have had PVCS like this for over two yrs.
Thanks
The antidepressant is: Bupropion HCI SR.

I love Baked Foods, it is much Healthier, than Fried Foods, and it does not make upset my Stomach, and my Heart, Thanks me too.
I recently lost someone about six months ago, and I still can’t get over it. Anyways, I’m healthy, in shape, eat right, hardly ever have sugar or junk food. I am only 23 years old. But recently I have been having pangs in the left side of my chest whenever I’m stress out over her…..
I am also having trouble sleeping and am having these horrible headaches, but what scares me are these heart pains that just don’t feel right. Someone please help…
O.K. Ice cream is my absolute favorite food in the universe but recently I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and it turns out ice cream is a “trigger food,” meaning the worst possible thing I can put in my body. This is probably the worst news I’ve ever received quite honestly. I LOVE ice cream, you have no idea. And I still manage to stay skinny due to my extremely high metabolism.
Main concern: What healthy/non-trigger foods can I eat to substitute for ice cream’s deliciousness?!?!?
(Nothing will ever replace ice cream in my heart) :p
As title says. I’m asking because I’ve read about regular home made ones were healthy, does this apply to the ones made at Del Taco?
Healthy as in I could eat it like several times a week without a negative effect to my health whether it be internally or externally. Such as heart problems to gaining tons of weight as most other fast food items.
And finally, same question applies to the hot sauce, the hottest one lol. Thanks in advance =D
Well, not really a plan, but what I had. I just want to make sure it was healthy.
I am a 5 9, 148 pound 18 year old. I am trying to lose 13 pounds.(i have already lost 15.) Female.
For breakfast a slim fast vitimin bar and water.(220 cals.)
Lunch, Chicken salad on half of a multigrain bun, and salad with a little light rasberry vinegarette. And then 1/2 bag of small, unbuttered theatre popcorn, which I guess is 200 cals.
And then for dinner 2 pieces of healthy homemade Pizza which was 350 calories, some carrots and brocccoli, and a no fat choclate pudding(90 cals)
Also some cucember later. i also had a few cinnamon hearts(valentines day leftovers lol)
How does this sound? To much food? Healthy or no?
I went for a 1/2 hour walk today and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and did weights.
I used to go to gym and yoga classes regularly. I had a busy schedule last few months and I had to skip them. I’ve been eating lots of junk food too. These days when I work out at the gym my heart feels so heavy. Luckily there s no pain.
Do you think its any kind of symptom or what they call angina prob?
…my heart is still really healthy and I am burning all that fat and so I can continue eating the junk food?
Yes, I am a teenager.
